Privacy Policy — Fruity Farm

This Privacy Policy explains how the mobile application Fruity Farm (package com.outlierdogs.fruityfarm, the “App”), developed by Outlierdogs (the “Developer”, “we”, “us”), handles information when you use it. The App is a single-player puzzle game. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run the game, show optional rewarded ads, and — only if you choose to sign in — back up your progress.

1. Information we handle

The App does not require you to create an account or provide any personal information to play. Signing in is entirely optional and only enables cloud backup of your progress.

The App requests only the INTERNET, ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE, VIBRATE, and POST_NOTIFICATIONS permissions. It does not request access to precise location, your contacts, camera, microphone, photos, or files.

2. How your information is used

To run the game and remember your progress on your device.
To show optional rewarded ads that you choose to watch, and to keep them free of forced or intrusive advertising.
To back up and restore your progress across devices — only when you sign in.
To analyse gameplay in aggregate and to diagnose crashes and errors.

We do not sell your personal information.

3. Service providers

We rely on Google services to provide the features above. Your data is processed by Google under its own privacy terms:

4. Data retention and deletion

Progress saved on your device stays until you uninstall the App or reset your progress in-game. If you have signed in, your cloud backup is kept until you delete it.

Delete your cloud data (keep your account): use “Delete cloud backup” on the account screen. This removes your saved progress from our servers and signs you out; the game on your device is not affected.
Delete your account and all associated data: email us as described on our Data & Account Deletion page and we will remove your account record (email address and account identifier) within 30 days.

5. Data security

Data transmitted between the App and Google’s services is encrypted in transit using industry-standard protocols. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we rely on Google’s infrastructure and its security practices to protect the data described here.

6. Children’s privacy

The App is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

7. Your choices

Ads personalisation: in the EEA/UK you are asked for consent on first launch and the game remains fully playable if you decline.
Advertising ID: you can reset or delete it in your Android settings under Settings → Privacy → Ads.
Cloud backup: optional — simply don’t sign in, or delete your backup at any time as described in Section 4.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes are posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the App after a change means you accept the revised policy.
